These two residential redevelopment projects are located in North Shepparton. The projects involve quite different concepts for two subdivisions located on Parkside Drive. One project involves the refurbishment and reinvigorating of an existing Office of Housing residential estate. The other project is an investigation of the potential for new residential development on the site of the previous International Gardens. The desired outcome is the rejuvenation of this neglected part of Shepparton, with proposals for interconnected open spaces and a new residential mix.
Both projects were publicly exhibited and raised quite different issues for the local community.
The next stage of design development work for the Parkside Gardens, is underway.
