Land Design Partnership, in conjunction with HPA Architects, was commissioned by the Mirvac Group as Landscape Architect/Urban Designer for this significant residential development. The project is hailed by many as "Melbourne's premier residential address".
The development is located on St. Kilda Road adjacent to the Shrine of Remembrance and Domain Parklands. The landscape components include a large internal courtyard featuring reflective pools, cascading water, a pergola structure, large shade trees and stone elements. The four street frontages present a varying palette of landscape features in response to local context and building use.
