1992 - 1995
Land Design Partnership prepared the Master Plan for this site in 1992. Vital to the successful development of this site was the resolution of drainage via a series of lakes. A macrophyte pond filters runoff before entering the sensitive LaTrobe University Wildlife Reserve. The subdivisional planning and landscape design paid special attention to the site's attributes of landform and drainage system.
