The firms initial consultancy work began in 1997 with the preparation of a site masterplan in conjunction with Daryl Jackson Architects and Staged Developments. The site is the old Vickers Ruwolt site, extending from the Yarra River, at the Victoria Street Bridge, to Burnley Street. The original masterplan proposed boat landing facilities and a mix of residential, commercial and retail uses.
Stage One of the implementation of the masterplan included the office development overlooking the Yarra River. Land Design Partnership has also recently completed works for Stage 3 and 4 of the project, the shopping centre development and Burnley Street office development.
