This residential subdivision received an 'Award for Excellence' in the category of Medium Density Development from the Urban Development Institute of Australia. The subdivision of an old school site located in a post-war housing estate, provided opportunities for affordable housing with a central open space as a neighbourhood focus. Land Design Partnership was engaged as Landscape Architecture consultants to design and document the central park feature and streetscaping for the development. The entrance to the central open space is highlighted by a simple steel gable structure that is readily visible from the development gateway.
