Bolobek Lakes, Mt. Macedon

This residential subdivision is located on the site of the well known Bolobek property at Mt Macedon, developed by the earlier owners the Law-Smith family. The new design work undertaken by Land Design Partnership complemented the original homestead precinct, with the greater northern landscape reinvented as part of a rural cluster subdivision.The subdivision includes broad tree lined avenues in the Mt Macedon tradition, and a lake system providing water runoff management and a contribution to the 'Arcadian' landscape illusion.
